I can't say enough about the folks at the store! We had an awesome sales person, Sean. He worked with us in every way… Checking stock, giving suggestions and just overall a super nice guy and very pleasant. The manager, Jeff, was super helpful to with our large order and helping us get all of this put together. Haley, at customer service was super helpful every time I called the store. Mike, in the warehouse was so professional, helpful and so informative. I feel like he worked a miracle for us! A five star experience. (Irwin order)

The customer service from start to finish was amazing. Shawn the sales person helped me order the couch and price matched the online price. The delivery guys I didnt catch their names but they were very respectful of our house. They were very polite, kind and efficient. The 2 of them worked together great and positive while setting up our couch. We had a great experience with everyone we spoke with.

Best delivery experience I’ve had since I moved here. Alan was amazing and helpful all the way down to the suggestion of putting felt pads on the bottom of the chairs so I don’t scratch my floor. Shawn was efficient, knowledgeable and also extremely helpful. I am so impressed by the two of them!! I have purchased many things for this house, with awesome salesmen, but the delivery part of it sucked. Kudos to Ashley for making sure the entire experience rocked!!! And I only hope I spelled Alan and Shawn’s name correctly 😍

Great sales service, ordered furniture and it came earlier than expected, it was delivered, at the time designated then assembled. Delivery and assembly crew finished and cleaned up everything before leaving, Great service, thank you.

My wife recently purchased new bedroom furniture at Ashley for all three of the bedrooms in our new home. She bought mattresses, bedroom suites, & everything needed to completely furnish each room. We both agree, the furniture is stylish and comfortable, and a surprise to me, very affordable. My wife was very complimentary of the sales person & everyone in the store she worked with, and the delivery team was great too! We will definitely shop at Ashley again.

My experience was amazing! The gentleman who delivered my furniture, were very professional, and extremely easy to work with. They brought in my furniture and took great care with not only the new sofa, but my home. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Cindy was super helpful in helping us find what we needed. We ended up completely changing what we were shopping for and she adapted and pivoted quickly. Our couch came in much quicker than expected which was great! The delivery was seamless. The two men that delivered the couch were quick, efficient, and very polite!

My experience with Ashley Furniture was a pleasant one. We were showed several different products and was not rushed, which is always a good experience. The delivery was an hour late but driver call to let us know that he would be late. The driver and his helper put our bed in a quick and professional manner. The driver did most of the work, but he explained everything that had to be done to his helper. Both were very polite to my husband.
